Bouvet had operating revenues of NOK 878.5 million for the third quarter of 2024, compared with NOK 777.9 million in the same period of last year. Operating profit (EBIT) came to NOK 101 million, compared with NOK 80 million in the third quarter of 2023.
Operating revenues increased 13.3 per cent for the first nine months to NOK 2 895.4 million. For the same period, the operating profit ended at NOK 371.5 million, an increase of 23.5 per cent compared with last year.

Bouvet’s operating costs, including depreciation, came to NOK 777.6 million for the third quarter, compared with NOK 697.9 million in the same period of 2023.
The EBIT margin for the third quarter was 11.5 per cent, compared with 10.3 per cent in the same period of last year.
Net profit came to NOK 77.9 million, compared with NOK 62.9 million for the third quarter of 2023. Diluted earnings per share were NOK 0.75 for the quarter, compared with NOK 0.61 in the same period of last year.
At its meeting of 11 November 2024, the board of Bouvet ASA decided to exercise the mandate awarded by the general meeting and resolved to pay a supplementary dividend of NOK 1.00 per share for fiscal 2023. The share will be traded exclusive of dividend from 14 November 2024, with the dividend paid on 22 November 2024.
