Bouvet had operating revenues of NOK 583.6 million for the third quarter of 2021, compared with NOK 518.9 million in the same period of last year. Operating profit (EBIT) came to NOK 61.6 million, compared with NOK 55.2 million in the third quarter of 2020.
Operating revenues increased 11.3 per cent for the first nine months to NOK 1 955.5 million. For the same period, the operating profit ended at NOK 236.2 million, an increase of 5.9 per cent compared with last year.

Bouvet’s operating costs, including depreciation, came to NOK 522 million for the third quarter, compared with NOK 463.7 million in the same period of 2020.
The EBIT margin for the third quarter was 10.6 per cent, unchanged from the third quarter last year.
Net profit came to NOK 46.1 million, compared with NOK 41.9 million for the third quarter of 2020. Diluted earnings per share were NOK 0.44 for the quarter, compared with NOK 0.40 in the same period of last year.
At its meeting of 9 November 2021, the board of Bouvet ASA decided to exercise the mandate awarded by the general meeting and resolved to pay a supplementary dividend of NOK 0.50 per share for fiscal 2020. The share will be traded exclusive of dividend from 12 November 2021, with the dividend paid on 23 November 2021.
