Bouvet had operating revenues of NOK 699.4 million for the third quarter of 2022, compared with NOK 583.6 million in the same period of last year. Operating profit (EBIT) came to NOK 73.4 million, compared with NOK 61.6 million in the third quarter of 2021.
Operating revenues increased 15.1 per cent for the first nine months to NOK 2 250.8 million. For the same period, the operating profit ended at NOK 285.4 million, an increase of 20.8 per cent compared with last year.

Bouvet’s operating costs, including depreciation, came to NOK 626 million for the third quarter, compared with NOK 522 million in the same period of 2021.
The EBIT margin for the third quarter was 10.5 per cent, compared with 10.6 per cent in the same period of last year.
Net profit came to NOK 56.8 million, compared with NOK 46.1 million for the third quarter of 2021. Diluted earnings per share were NOK 0.54 for the quarter, compared with NOK 0.44 in the same period of last year.
At its meeting of 9 November 2022, the board of Bouvet ASA decided to exercise the mandate awarded by the general meeting and resolved to pay a supplementary dividend of NOK 0.50 per share for fiscal 2021. The share will be traded exclusive of dividend from 14 November 2022, with the dividend paid on 23 November 2022.
